Description

About the Role:

As the HR Specialist Industrial Relations you will focus on developing implementing and maintaining HR policies centered on good corporative governance industrial relations and remuneration.

You will be serving as a strategic advisor to management and employees on HR best practices compliance and effective compensation strategies and will play an active role in leading and managing change across the business with a focus on how to balance compliance with positive employee engagement.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Industrial Relations:

  • Act as the specialist advisor for all employee relations and IR matters supporting the HR partnering team and the business managers.
  • Facilitate communication between management and staff to resolve conflicts and improve workplace dynamics.
  • Support negotiations dispute resolution and maintain positive and engaging employee relations.
  • Undertake and/or manage necessary workplace investigations and mediations to resolve matters with a level of independence.

Governance:

  • Develop and implement HR governance policies ensuring compliance with legal ethical and internal standards.
  • Regularly review and update HR practices to reflect modern industry trends and regulatory changes.

Remuneration:

  • Design and implement competitive modern and fit for purpose remuneration frameworks.
  • Oversee salary reviews benefits administration and incentive programs.
  • Analyse market trends to ensure equitable and attractive compensation packages.


Skills And Experiences

About You:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Industrial Relations Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR with a focus on governance IR and remuneration.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices in compensation management.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and conflictresolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
