We are hiring for our client a respected and longstanding specialist in delivering advanced process automation solutions across sectors such as Water Food Production Recycling and Quarry. Due to continued growth and a strategic focus on internal optimisation they are seeking a Project Manager to lead automation projects and drive business process improvements. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a minimum of 2 years postgraduate experience who is motivated to take on leadership responsibilities support team development and enhance internal systems to support scalable delivery. As a Project Delivery Manager you will:
Manage the planning delivery and resource allocation of automation projects
Ensure project milestones and client expectations are consistently achieved
Act as a key point of contact between technical teams and senior leadership
Improve business systems and internal processes for better collaboration and efficiency
Lead support and mentor multilevel engineering teams
Track and report on project performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
The ideal candidate will have:
A degree in Engineering Business or a related discipline (preferred but not essential)
At least 2 years experience in a project delivery automation or technical engineering environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent planning and organisational abilities
A commercial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Experience mentoring teams and coordinating crossfunctional projects
Technical skills and an ambition to progress into a leadership or PM role
