Job Description

Job title Project Manager Multi-Family Construction

Location: Columbus Ohio ( Relocation $ Available )
Base Salary $115000 $125000 plus bonuses

Job Category: General Management

Job Experience:

Local to Columbus preferred but also willing to travel as needed.

*** Experience with Large Stick Framed Housing ***

5 years construction experience

Communicate with Owners design professionals property staff subcontractors and tradesman.

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Ability to provide estimates for projects as needed.

Ability to develop and maintain construction schedules.

Must be able to provide project list showing background in area.

Minimum Education High School Diploma or Equivalent
