Job Description:
Sales Operations plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of a business. This role involves assisting in the management of internal processes coordinating activities across various departments ensuring operational efficiency and supporting the operational team in achieving organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be highly organized proactive and have strong communication skills.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of operational reports and documents. Coordinate schedules meetings and appointments for the operations team. Prepare and process operational invoices and purchase orders. Manage office supplies and inventory ordering new stock when needed.
- Facility Management: Ensure the office environment is clean organized and safe for all employees. Coordinate with building management and thirdparty vendors for repairs maintenance and janitorial services. Manage the offices security including access control monitoring systems and handling emergency procedures.
- Process Improvement: Monitor and report on the efficiency of operational processes and workflows. Suggest improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs. Assist in implementing new processes or systems to improve operations.
- Internal & External Communication: Act as the key liaison between the Sales Team customers and internal departments (such as procurement and technical teams) to gather and relay essential information about products services and order statuses.
- Logistics and Coordination: Track shipments deliveries and orders to ensure timely delivery. Prepare shipments and coordinate with vendors suppliers and contractors to ensure operational needs are met in a timely manner.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and industry regulations. Help ensure workplace safety standards are followed.
- Product & Service Knowledge: Maintain an indepth understanding of TekScapes core offerings including managed services cloud solutions Microsoft technologies Cisco builds and other partner products.
- Training & Development: Complete training materials and blueprints through ConnectWise University to stay current with internal processes and updates to TekScapes service offerings.
- Time & Expense Management: Accurately log time and expenses in ConnectWise as they occur ensuring timely and proper documentation.
- Human Resources Support: Assist with the recruitment process including scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees. On/Offboarding new employees. Maintain employees records manage PTO/sick time and assist with policy management. Manage office attendance and timekeeping systems. Coordinate employee benefits health insurance and other HRrelated paperwork.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams on event planning and support such as trade shows webinars and industry conferences to further TekScapes presence in the MSP and technology space.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business management HR or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in supportive roles and customer service.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and logistics
- MSP experience strongly preferred.
- Subject matter expert for ConnectWise Manage
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 product and service sales (Microsoft 365 Modern Work and Azure fundamentals specifically).
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions.
- Excellent communication organization and problemsolving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
