Were looking for an experienced Real Estate Manager to join our dynamic Real Estate & Workplace team. You will be based hybrid in Escazu Costa Rica and will be expected to be in the office 3 days per week. Reporting to the Director of Workspace youll be responsible of:
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to select sites and create real estate business cases for internal approvals.
- Conducting market surveys property tours posttour site analyses and assisting with managing proposals lease documents LOIs and other related materials.
- Maintaining lease and occupancy data in the real estate portfolio creating insights and reporting updates to the Senior Program Manager Global Workplace.
- Assessing Real Estate OpEx/Project CapEx data in US/UK regions against market benchmarks and provide costdriven recommendations to leadership.
- Generating reports creating presentations for internal teams and overseeing special real estate projects to address evolving business needs.
What Were Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
- 5 years of experience supporting real estate teams preferably in corporate real estate or brokerage environments with strong transaction management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Google Workspace (Drive Docs Sheets and Slides).
- Experienced in reading and interpreting lease documents.
- Experience managing real estate transactions and lease administration.

- Project management experience including managing timelines and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
