Key Details:
- Schedule:
- Days: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays).
- Hours: 07:30 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational Shifts).
- Days Off: Weekends.
- Work Type: Onsite.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: 1100 14 installments per year).
- Performance Bonus: 100 (paid annually).
- Complexity Bonus: 100 (paid annually).
What Youll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Dutchspeaking clients.
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and service issues professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to customer concerns through various channels such as email phone and live chat.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support continuous improvement efforts within the team.
What Were Looking For:
- Language: Native or fluent in Dutch (both verbal and written).
- English Proficiency: Intermediate level (required for training and company communication).
- Strong problemsolving and communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural work environment.
