Communicate professionally with customers via phone email and chat
Provide accurate information and assist with inquiries
Troubleshoot issues and ensure efficient problem resolution
Work with internal teams to improve customer experience
Follow company guidelines and maintain highquality service standards
Fluent in Hungarian (written & spoken)
Good command of English
Customer service experience is an advantage but not required
Excellent problemsolving and multitasking skills
Basic computer literacy (MS Office CRM software etc.
