You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailIn a newly created role due to our continued growth you will be responsible for retaining and reengaging merchants that have declined in engagement with their Teya Partnership. Through a consultative and customercentric approach you will ask merchants the right questions to get a clear understanding of their current situation understand the challenges they face and rebuild a relationship if necessary. This role is key in growing our markets share in Hungary and youll gain our merchants insight and trust so that you have an opportunity to showcase the full potential of Teya.
Your daytoday will consist of:
Inbound and outbound calls in accordance with business needs
Design develop and implement new retention strategies
Become an expert in Teyas pricing strategies & models
Preventing merchants from ending the relationship with Teya through a consultative and educationled approaches
Capturing the reasons why we havent been able to retain the relationship and merchants challenges to share with the wider business.
Qualifications :
What are we looking for
12 years experience in a similar role previous experience working in a customerfacing position
Youll be a selfstarter full of new ideas who takes a proactive approach to their work
A true team player who brings a lot of energy while maintaining an empathetic and compassionate approach to your work
Demonstrated experience working with a high volume of calls either within an inbound or outbound environment
Experience working within a fastpaced target driven sales environment
Previous experience with Zendesk & Hubspot or other CRM systems desired
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hungarian and English.
