You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Production Transition Manager manages whole transition process since project phase until Go Live and related stabilization/guarantee period for core banking applications.
Main Tasks:
Create and execute detailed transition plan outlining tasks timelines and resources.
Coordinating with project teams and departments to ensure alignment with transition objectives.
Monitoring and evaluating the progress of transitions addressing issues as they arise.
Communicating changes to relevant stakeholders and managing resistance effectively.
Organize and build APS team and related upskilling to be ready to support new applications after respective Go Live.
Organizing training and support to staff during transition periods.
Ensure the alignment of APS team with the global target operating model provided by the group.
Manage/Responsible for all Production requirements to guarantee that platform stability resilience and continuity are satisfied as part of Go Live criteria (DRs Monitoring backups Security Performance) ensuring proper coordination with other contributors (ADM S&A)
Transition Followup with Application Manager and Business Owner to guarantee endtoend alignment (team setup upskilling production budget) and service level.
Identification of the rampup and rampdown strategy (accordingly Go Lives roadmap)

Experience Academic Background & Other Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing organizational transitions or change initiatives.
Proven experience in Production
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Analytical mindset and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to collaborate and influence crossfunctional teams.
Expertise in project management as well as transition documentation tools and templates
