Job Description
Join our progressive business as a sales trainee where you will gain handson experience develop key skills and build product knowledge. This role offers a structured training program and a clear path for growth into an Account Manager position within 2 years. If you are motivated customerfocused and eager to start a rewarding career in sales we would like to hear from you.
About the role:
Assist in managing customer inquiries and providing product information
Process customer orders and quotations accurately.
Monitor and track sales orders and quotations to ensure customer satisfaction
Support the Account Managers with administrative tasks and reporting
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order completion.
Participate in training to develop product and industry knowledge.
What experience do you need to have:
Good communication ability
Basic arithmetic skills and an understanding of percentages
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook Word and Excel
