Senior Transformation Manager Insurance Sector
Location: Belgium

A prestigious global consulting firm based in Belgium is offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Transformation Manager with a deep network in the Insurance sector across the Benelux region. With aggressive growth targets aiming to double the business in the next two years this role presents a unique chance to lead transformative projects and shape the future of the insurance industry.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Transformation Manager you will play a critical role in advising Clevel executives including CIOs and board members on solving some of the most complex business and technology challenges they face. Your expertise will help our clients navigate business transformation while enhancing their technology architecture and solutions. This position also focuses on expanding the Life Insurance practice positioning the firm as a leader in Insurance Transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs CxOs and other senior stakeholders providing strategic guidance on technology architecture business solutions and transformation initiatives.
- Lead highperforming teams by building strong relationships and creating a culture of collaboration.
- Drive exceptional client service ensuring client objectives are met and exceeded.
- Contribute to business development by utilizing your sales acumen to support the aggressive growth of the Insurance practice.
- Understand client goals and align internal resources setting clear priorities and direction to achieve those objectives.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience in consulting and industry with a deep understanding of the insurance sector.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between IT and business strategy.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in building and developing highperforming teams.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English or French and English.
- Experience working within complex dynamic organizations and driving impactful business transformations.
