What youll do
Our Consulting Expert Partners are responsible for subject matter expertise project delivery and oversight along with client relationship management. You will work with teams and advise clients at the highest strategic level on both bigpicture and tactical matters focusing on how technology enables a wide range of business outcomes.
What youll need
AI / ML / Generative AI Capabilities
Proven experience 5 years) in AI and machine learning specifically within ERP CRM SCM or cloud environments and demonstrated impact across these areas.
Deep experience with Data Analytics AI and Automation Solutions and tools including understanding of various service providers and tools available in the marketplace
Experience communicating business problems and their AIrelated solutions to CSuite audiences
Experience with AI application platformrelated architecture and integration decisions including native enterprise application vendor solutions vs. best of breed AI boltons or platforms
Experience with AIOps tools use cases and service delivery optimization.
Experience with workload capacity planning for AI use cases experience in cloud computing and hybrid storage to guide AI use case scaleout.
Consulting experience working with executive enterprise leaders addressing their mission critical priorities in a project delivery and sales capacity.
Commercial industry experience i.e. manufacturing/CPG healthcare high technology midmarket financial services
Masters degree in computer science Data Science Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.
AWS Azure Google IBM or other cloud architect certification
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Java and experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch or Scikitlearn.
Experience with data integration ETL processes and data warehousing solutions.
Additional
Commercial industry experience (e.g. midsize enterprises in high technology telecom manufacturing/CPG healthcare etc.
Knowledge of developer productivity use cases and adoption guidance for AIenabled developer experience transformation
Knowledge of full stack application development technologies with skills in both frontend and backend development including web development databases system architecture cloud technology API development and integration and software engineering.
Demonstrated knowledge of the latest trends vendor developments GAI opensource ecosystem capabilities related to Large Language/Parameter Models and implications on value: business models productivity revenue experience
Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in the smart assistant space (both pre and post GAI)
AI App development experience includes integrating APIaccessible Cognitive Services and Large Language Models APIs (e.g. Hugging Face Azure OpenAI Service) into application workflows and prompt engineering development to create unique experiences.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 184000 USD 248000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a rolebased uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO a 401k match up to $7200 per year the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount and more.
