Job Description
As a BIM Modeler you will create and update 3D Revit models across disciplines support project coordination and use construction software to ensure accuracy. You ll deliver highquality outputs while applying your knowledge of building systems construction documents and sequencing to streamline workflows and enhance project efficiency.

Shift: Night Shift (Mon Fri 11:00 PM to 08:00 AM) Weekends Off
Work setup: Onsite (Pampanga) transitioning to hybrid after regularization
Your Daily Tasks
- Create 3D Revit models for architectural structural and civil disciplines
- Model mechanical electrical plumbing and fire sprinkler systems
- Update design models based on RFIs and bulletins
- Assist with project coordination by importing model updates creating conflict viewpoints and generating clash reports
- Communicate effectively with the project team prior to coordination meetings
- Process and register point clouds from laser scans to BIM models
- Maintain working knowledge of building systems and trade flow
- Interpret construction documents assemblies and related terminology
- Utilize software such as Revit BIM 360 Navisworks AutoCAD and Bluebeam
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Background in Construction Architecture or Engineering with experience in construction documents trade sequencing and terminology
- 2 3 years of experience supporting clients in construction architecture or engineering
- Familiarity with Revit Navisworks Bluebeam Procore ACC and BIM360 (a plus)
- Understanding of Western construction methodologies and terminology
- Ability to read and interpret Architectural Structural and MEPF plans
