Lawyer for Leasing Matters

Position Overview:
To support their continued expansion and dynamic leasing activity our client is seeking a Legal Counsel with a primary focus on leasing agreements. The successful candidate will be based in Warsaw and work closely with both local and international teams including leasing managers and other legal experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft review and negotiate lease agreements (predominantly commercial leases) and related documentation.
- Actively support the business development team in closing leasing deals.
- Identify tenant needs and propose legal structures that create longterm value for both parties.
- Bring a businessoriented legal approach to ensure practical winwin solutions that facilitate successful and sustainable cooperation with tenants.
- Advise internal stakeholders on lease structuring risk mitigation and compliance matters.
- Support crossborder transactional and operational projects.
- Ensure regulatory alignment with Polish law and EUwide standards.
- Interface with external legal counsel when necessary.
Candidate Profile:
- Completed legal training and bar admission as an attorneyatlaw (required).
- 5 years of experience preferably in real estate leasing or transactional law.
- Proficient in commercial lease agreements and knowledgeable about the Polish civil code.
- Fluent in Polish and English both written and spoken.
- Businessminded precise and capable of thriving in a fastpaced international environment.
