Job Description

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote aesthetic services and products to potential clients focusing on skincare treatments and procedures.

Educate clients on the benefits and potential outcomes of various aesthetic treatments.

Follow up with prospective clients book consultations and maintain client relationships.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a clientfirst approach.

Collaborate with the clinical team to align sales strategies with treatment plans.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

Qualifications:

RN license or currently enrolled in a BSN program (preferred but not required).

Previous experience in aesthetics skincare or medical sales is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales acumen with a passion for helping clients achieve their beauty goals.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of skincare products and treatments is an asset.

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a dental office (admin, billing, or insurance roles) - Strong knowledge of dental billing and insurance processing - Familiarity with dental management software (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft a plus) - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Comfortable working remotely and independently - High attention to detail and confidentiality Nice to Have: - Previous virtual assistant experience - HIPAA training/certification
