Responsibilities
PJT Partners is seeking to hire a highlyskilled lawyer 26 years PQE) to join our Legal team in London. The individual should be English or US law qualified and should have relevant experience from a leading international law firm or inhouse at a financial institution or corporate.
This role is an exciting opportunity to join an established and fastgrowing business and would suit an individual who (i) is comfortable working within a dynamic and energetic environment (ii) possesses strong interpersonal skills and (iii) is a consummate team player. This individual will work closely with and advise each of the PJT Partners business groups and work directly with clients of the Company in providing transactional support. Outside of transactional work the role also involves providing legal coverage and advice for the Companys Corporate functions and Companywide initiatives and directly advising the senior management of PJT Partners and other senior stakeholders on various legal matters. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in broadening their general corporate law skillset and who can work well independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
We seek to hire individuals who are highly motivated intelligent and proven selfstarters. In addition qualified candidates will possess the following:
English or US law qualified
26 years PQE with relevant experience from a leading international law firm or inhouse at a leading financial institution or corporate
M&A and Capital markets experience preferred
Strong negotiation skills
Strong analytical prioritisation and organisation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
