MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Two years administrative* supervisory** or consultative*** experience in the surveillance of health facilities for compliance with State Federal and local regulations.
LICENSE:
A valid California Class C Driver License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out jobrelated essential functions.
PHYSICAL CLASS:
2 Light: This class includes administrative and clerical positions requiring light physical effort that may include occasional light lifting to a 10 pound limit and some bending stooping or squatting. Considerable ambulation may be involved.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENT INFORMATION:
*Administrative experience is defined as performing work typically in an administrative services branch of an organizational unit including responsibility for the development of procedures and participation in policy formulation.
**Supervisory experience is defined as planning assigning and reviewing work of staff evaluating employee performance approving leaves of absence counseling and recommending discipline.
***Consultative experience is defined as one who as an expert in a specialized field expresses views provides opinions and recommends courses of action to be taken on problems presented by others for resolution. Persons who provide such advisory or consultative services do not regularly perform or supervise the performance of the daytoday work in the specialized field.
DESIREABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
Additional points will be awarded for additional experience beyond the Minimum Requirements.
