The Samsung directtoconsumer eCommerce team is looking for a Senior Manager of Strategy within the eCommerce Mobile Experience (MX) Category Management team to drive the business performance of carrier device sales on Samsung. This role will have broad responsibility including driving key initiatives to accelerate growth for the MX business conducting deep dive analyses and formulating datadriven recommendations for improving business performance and driving preparation for leadership meetings and workshops.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Drive key initiatives for the MX Category Management team driving planning timelines tracking and removing obstacles for the team
  • Conducting deep dive data analyses to identify root cause issues or first principlesbased insights to identify new growth opportunities
  • Working crossfunctionally to analyze carrier device sales and line activations on Samsung and opportunities to improve sales and conversions
  • Benchmark competitors and Carriers to identify gaps in experience and how to grow overall performance
  • Driving leadership presentation preparation including doing the detailed analysis and powerpoint slide development
  • Prepare and present in customer meetings to drive partnership opportunities for accelerating Carrier device and plan sales on Samsung
  • Create processes and improve ways of working to improve speed to market and create agility to respond to the business quickly and efficiently

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree with 8 years of experience with eCommerce P&L or sales responsibility program management or similar with accountability to deliver top and bottomline results
  • Strong leader able to deliver results by partnering with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in data analysis and generating insightdriven recommendations
  • Selfstarter able to proactively identify opportunities and lead teams to implement
  • Resultsoriented not afraid of being accountable for hitting monthly and quarterly business targets
  • Demonstrated success in a highpressure and fastpaced environment with the ability to respond to changing priorities without loss in performance or productivity
  • Ability to lead crossfunctional teams and drive influence across many levels of the organization
  • Microsoft Standard Office Suite and advanced expertise in PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or graduate degree
  • Previous experience in program management ecommerce or similar functions with a heavy focus on data analysis and driving revenue/profit. Prior P&L experience
  • Prior experience working for or with Carriers strongly preferred
