What is the Role of a Market Research Intern
Market Research Interns work for a company in an analytical capacity researching market information and technical data to support the
decisionmaking process by providing indepth insights into the market.
As a Market Research Intern a typical day will include:
Evaluate analyze and structure the information for use in various research
Develop insights that are practical and actionable
Deliver on a regular calendar of research deliverable howto guides tools and blogs around a specific functional area.
Conduct wideranging secondary literature searches and synthesize information to elicit key insights
Conduct interviews with senior executives academics and industry experts in search of innovative ideas.
Closely collaborate with peers and clients
Good to have skills:
Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify relevant findings.
Outstanding English communications skills.
Excellent project and time management skills.
Ability to locate and procure information from original sources and senior executives.
Ability to analyze lots of information and then be able to restructure it and create original
insights.
