About the Role
This challenging yet rewarding opportunity allows you to make a positive impact on the lives of people with disability including those living with mental health conditions. Youll be part of a team delivering quality services that achieve positive outcomes for clients in a supportive proactive environment.
In this role you will provide oneonone support to individuals with disabilities both in their homes and within the community. You will also assist individuals inourShared Independent Living environment. This position involves traveling between clients and working short shifts which may include split shifts. Responsibilities may also include personal care meal preparation and transportation. Majority of the shifts are Monday to Friday in addition there may be opportunities to pick up shifts in the evenings ie sleepover shifts. These shifts are located in the Bunbury and surrounding areas.
