The Department of Land Management Asset Management Division is looking for an experienced multitalented candidate who can oversee the Citys Affordable Rental Housing Portfolio and diverse miscellaneous real properties which includes commercial properties. You will be responsible for the development supervision management and administration of all policies and procedures pertaining to the leasing renting or licensing of Cityowned real property. In addition you will be responsible for managing the City real property inventory developing land management and property management plans for other departments and providing oversight of the Citys relocation program for tenants who will be displaced due to the Citys redevelopment projects. Work with your subordinates to ensure that the Citys properties are being used to their fullest and best potential. This is a supervisory position so be ready to perform the full range of supervisory activities including but not limited to hiring training assigning work and addressing personnelrelated requests/actions.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Equivalent to graduation from a regionallyaccredited four year college or university with a bachelors degree. Work experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree on a yearforyear basis. Such experience must have provided the knowledge skills and analytical ability normally gained from attainment of a bachelors degree.
