Job Description

About the Role (Responsibilities)

  • Own the ATL promotional budget including forecasting and sign off of valuebased campaigns
  • Lead and deliver an ATL generosity strategy that is innovative and drive talkability across the customer base
  • Oversee the weekly campaign across the team to deliver seamless value experiences and clear messaging on platform
  • Develop frameworks for continuous monitoring of competitor value campaigns and strategies
  • Manage the Value & Platform Go to market resourcing planning and for all major ATL events
  • Manage a team of executives to ensure effective Platform Merchandising and journeys and act as the commercial lead in the content management delivery backlog uplifting our capabilities
  • Support value operations lead in ensuring strong governance controls and process are in place across the team and we meet our constantly evolving regulatory requirements
  • Performance Prioritise key areas of performance and remain agile in our approach to business results. Ideate & execute opportunities & work to action any analysis to help drive momentum
  • Customer Research work closely with our research team ensuring that all key value campaigns are informed through a deep understanding of customer needs
  • Stakeholder management Build strong relationships and collaborate closely with Marketing Trading Partnerships legal compliance ops and finance
  • Strategy support Head of Platform & Proposition to ensure our value and platform plans support the company strategic objectives.
  • Planning Ensure key periods of time and product launches are planned for in line with all teams planning cycles to ensure exceptional delivery

About You

  • Experience in working with a very wide variety of stakeholders across a complex / matrix organisation

Experience

  • 5 years experience in Commercial Customer Management Role
  • 3 Years as a people leader
  • 2 years generosity and merchandising experience preferred
  • Experience in budget ownership and management
