CooperZadeh Management is the property management division of Cooper Zadeh and works in conjunction with Camden Homes. Cooper Zadeh isa vertically integrated privatelyowned company that is in the business of providing housing solutions to the workforce of America.
Purpose of the Job:
CooperZadeh Management is searching for a Residential Cleaning Specialist to join our team. This role plays a key part in maintaining the cleanliness comfort and presentation of the homes we manage. Ideal for someone who takes pride in a clean and welcoming space this handson position ensures our residents and prospective homeowners have a positive first impression of every property.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of vacant homes including kitchens bathrooms floors windows and surfaces.
Prepare homes for new residents by ensuring they meet cleanliness standards.
Assist with light interior detailing of model homes and amenity areas.
Maintain cleanliness in shared spaces such as leasing offices or show homes.
Support the property management team with special projects and seasonal deep cleans.
Report any property damage or maintenance concerns to the Property Manager.
Qualifications:
Reliable punctual and selfmotivated.
Able to work independently with attention to detail.
Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
