Use your experience in Operations Management to provide direction leadership and management for Olathe Distribution center including creation and of operational processes to meet business objectives and goals. Provides oversight and overall management for Outbound Operations collaborating with leaders across the organization to meet distribution and customer expectations. Youll deliver short and long term projects that support the business strategy. This will involve:
Oversee of outbound operations to meet business goals and targets
Manage key outbound departments including Picking Checking PutAway and Overstock
Ensure productivity quality safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met
Collaborate with Inbound and other departments to resolve complex distribution issues
Select mentor train and develop staff while maintaining appropriate staffing and managing overtime
Implement and maintain systems tools and equipment to support operational success
Partner with HR on hiring talent development and compensation activities
Monitor report and analyze KPIs to track and improve operational performance
Foster communication and collaboration across all operations teams
Promote and embody TVHs Mission Vision and Values to strengthen company culture
Were looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems. To join us you need:
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field or 10 years of relevant experience
6 years of experience in distribution with strong operational knowledge
4 years of experience in supervising coaching and developing staff
Skilled in using systems tools and equipment for efficient product distribution
Proficient in developing identifying and reporting operations metrics
Experience with crossfunctional collaboration across teams and locations
Strong skills in handling complex employee relations and coaching through challenges
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and ERP systems
Effective communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels
Highly organized teamoriented and able to thrive in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
