Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse Lead at our newest behavioral health treatment campus Maple Lane in Grand Mound near Centralia WA.
As a lead LPN your focus will be on supporting and providing guidance and direction to staff. You will participate in providing excellent nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will interact with Maple Lane patients as you help them improve and work toward recovery. Daily you will collaborate with a variety of medical professionals and staff that are dedicated to make a positive impact. Maple Lane is a key business unit of DSHSs Behavioral Health Administration where our dedicated staff offers residents enriching opportunities and experiences outside the hospital setting preparing them for a smooth transition back into the community. This is a great opportunity to be a team member as BHA modernizes and enhances behavioral health treatment in Washington State.
Opportunities performed onsite at this work location at least three days a week may be eligible for an additional 5 premium pay in addition to the advertised salary. Evening and Night shifts include a shift differential in addition to the standard compensation rate.
