Job Description
Responsibilities
- Understand Pathlock Solutions and their implementation nuances.
- Lead End to End Project Delivery from Initial Scoping and Discovery through to Post GoLive
- Create and manage theprojectplan using a suitableProjectManagement Tool
- Develop RACI matrix for eachproject ensure that each team member understands their roles & responsibilities
- Execute and monitor theproject tracking Time Budget Scope
- Monitor Quality of Deliverables
- Coordinate with other Pathlock Teams to ensure availability of resources solutions fixes at right point in time
- Use appropriate tools and methodologies to track and progress all impactful events (RAID log MOMs Change requests etc)
- Maintainprojectlibrary (allprojecttracking tools plus all otherprojectrelated technical and functional documentation)
- Facilitate (to a close) cross team dialogues to solve problems come up with solutions to any blockers
- Identify (before and during)projectpotential risks along with options for mitigation
- Act as Single Point of Contact to customer for all updates related to theproject
- Maintain ongoing communication with customer and internal teams to:
- Minimise uncertainty
- Avoid unplanned obstacles
- Keep customer informed and involved
- Ensure good bidirectional information flows
- Escalate Right information to Right people at Right point in time
- Proactively seek and act upon customer feedback
- Prepare and publish regular update documentation in accordance with customer and internal Senior Management requirements (weekly updates Steering Group Meeting updates escalation reports etc.
- Ensure allprojectresources are logging time to theprojectin a timely manner
- Understand billing dependencies forprojects and liaise with Accounting: Monitorprojecttime and/or milestones from a billing perspective and advise on invoicing
Skills Experience
- 5 Years experience of working in similar position in a serviceoriented company or IT division of a large company preferably in Governance Risk and Compliance domain.
- Proven experience asProjectManagerworking on complex software implementations (e.g. SAP Oracle EBSJDEdwards) with Fortune 500 companies.
- At least one end to end implementationexperience in managing Governance Risk and Compliance (Audit SOX Compliance Security PAM UAR/UAM Transaction Monitoring / CCM (Continuous Control Monitoring) or Identity Management solution is a must.
- Technical background (e.g. in ERP Systems packaged software delivery crossplatform integration etc) is an advantage
- Proven understanding ofProjectManagement techniques and methodologies
- Ability to work as part of a team encourage cross functional cooperation and stick with issues/problems until an acceptable solution has been reached
- Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamically changing environment
- Excellent communication skills calm and confident approach to customer interactions; display of knowledge and conduct that motivates team members and reassuresProjectSteering Committee
- Proven leadership and organisational skills
