POSITION SUMMARY:
Job Purpose:To perform all necessary functions in the operation preventive maintenance and repairs of buildings and equipment in a variety of tasks including but not limited to apprentice electrical mechanical and HVACR. Perform duties consistent with the Mission Statement for the Maryland Office and Industrial Division.
Supervision & Authority:Under the general supervision and direction of the Chief Engineer. In cases where Chief Engineer is not immediately available the Lead Engineer is expected to provide supervision of Maintenance Engineering Team. The Lead Engineer complies with established Office Building Operating Policies and Procedures (Policies and Procedures).
Performance Standards: The effectiveness of the Lead Engineer will be measured by the achievement of the abovementioned responsibilities.
Reporting Relationship: Under the general supervision and direction of Chief Engineer Assistant Property Manager and/or Engineering Manager the Lead Engineer complies with established Office Building Operating Policies and Procedures.
The actual base pay offered is determined by several variables including as appropriate the applicants qualifications for the position years of relevant experience distinctive skills level of education attained certifications or other professional licenses held. Base pay is one component of B. F.
