Do you want to be part of a young and professional assurance team A career within PwC Romania assurance practice will provide you with the opportunity to diversify your assurance and audit knowledge being able to choose to work in different segments of our business: audit and assurance of large multinationals ESG assurance and reporting or work remote as part of a regional team.Our focus is to create stability in our teams and give our employees the opportunity to shine their strengths and support their development.
What we are looking for:
- University degree;
- Minimum 2 years of financial audit;
- Strong English language skills other languages (German French) will be a plus;
- Strong accounting knowledge IFRS US GAAP or ESG reporting will be a plus);
- Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients at all levels;
- Welldeveloped listening and questioning techniques supported by strong analytical skills and organizational abilities;
- Strong team working skills.
Responsibilities:
- Be part of a team that provides assurance and audit services for financial or non financial statements to a variety of clients;
- Perform assurance and audit procedures on complex accounting areas or ESG topics;
- Working as part of a team liaising with both client and other specialist staff in the practice to provide high quality client services;
- Providing coaching and supervision to junior staff;
- Coordinate and collaborate with Competency Center;
- Reporting directly to managers.
