Core Responsibilities:
- Project Maverick: Take the lead in driving projects aimed at optimizing our systems and processes with a primary focus on enhancing financial performance and efficiency.
- DataDriven Culture: Champion the development of a datadriven culture within the commercial team leveraging your expertise to progress analysis and systems development initiatives.
- Financial Maestro: Utilize your strong mathematical and financial acumen to analyze financial data identify opportunities for revenue growth and drive strategic decisionmaking.
- Analysis & Reporting: Develop Statistical reports through digital tools to analyse complex datasets uncover insights generate actionable recommendations to drive business growth and efficiency including optimizing pricing and operational strategies.
- System Developments: Collaborate with External Developers working closely with Global Head of Commercial to define the frame requirements scope and timelines for the modelling tool as tailored to the business requirement needs.
- Excel Virtuoso: Showcase your proficiency in Excel using advanced calculations and formulas to develop analytical tools and drive system optimization.
- HandsOn Dynamo: Be handson in the rollout and development of new systems and tools collaborating closely with the commercial team to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Global Collaboration: Embrace the opportunity to travel and collaborate with teams across the diverse geographical location.
Key Competencies:
- A bachelors degree in accounting data analytics system analytics or a related discipline is required.
- Minimum 2 years working experience post grad in same finance / data or systems environment.
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated analytical skills.
- Must have Advance to very high Excel skills in MS Office Suite (Excel Word etc.
- Preferable background working knowledge of MS Dynamics
- Preferably worked in recruitment / contract hire industry
- Experience in working in a high volume environment
- Preferable knowledge of employer/ employment related structures unit costing statutory breakdowns and their financial impact.
- Able to influence and guide others through actions by demonstrated expertise and credibility.
- High attention to detail and consistently attentive to details as well as maintaining strong performance under pressure
- Demands high quality of work from themselves and others.
