Position Summary:
The Service Support Specialist position is responsible for utilizing SAP and CRM 360(SalesForce) to manage the Install Base to meet the customer demands and achieve customer satisfaction goals. Adhering to Finance Legal Regulatory and Service Management requirements aligned with corporate objectives and goals.
Main Accountabilities:
- Service Work Order Management for CSO in the areas of: installations PMs repairs upgrades Billable Activities and System Returns.
- Administrative Support for Install Base Movements works directly with internal and external customers to provide IB Support and ensure IB Compliance.
- Revenue generation accurate and timely closure of billable Work Orders and tracking and resolution of errors preventing closure of billable Work Orders.
- Maintaining accurate reconciliation of Billing by working with Field Service Leaders to research and issue debits/credits on a monthly basis.
Studies andExperience:
- 2 years of experience working in an Office Environment interacting with Customers Hotline Agents & Field Service Representatives. Strong basic office skills and good organizational ability....
- Asset Management
- Strong telemarketing skillset to contact customers to verify asset disposition
- SAP EXCEL
- High School Diploma
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Salesforce and SAP preferred.
- General business knowledge such as basic Finance Marketing Sales and Accounting.
