Job Description

Coop Refinery Complex (CRC) is hiring a Programmer Analyst on a temporary basis (up to 8 months) on our Information Technology team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Regina SK.

What youll do:

You will assist senior members of the CRC Applications Team in conjunction with other appropriate departments to build acquire maintain and support solutions that support organizational requirements.

  • You will support the daily usage of various applications for a diverse set of user groups.
  • You will work with the direction of the Senior Refinery IT Systems Analysts to develop test and implement application enhancements.
  • You will work on new application development through various platforms including Visual Studio and Outsystems.
  • You have a passion for a great user experience and delivery of valuable software and functionality.
  • Other duties as required.

Who youll work with:

The Team: You will work closely with other Programmer Analysts and will report into the Manager CRC Applications. This team strives to cultivate a culture of support creativity and collaboration.

The Collaborators: You will work closely with other functions in our Innovation business unit and collaborate across the organization with teams such as Manufacturing.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Information Technology and:

  • You have a University Degree with a major or minor in Computer Science or completion of a two or threeyear Computer Program at a recognized technical or vocational institute along with related experience.
  • Youre familiar with Systems Administration.

  • A wage range of $47.95$66.94 per hour depending on combination of education and years of experience as per the collective bargaining agreement of UNIFOR 594.
  • A working schedule of Monday to Friday with every other Friday off.
