We are seeking a Medical Assistant responsible for direct service to clients in the clinical outpatient setting of a Psychiatric Services Clinic the Greenwood Clinic Integrated Case Management Assertive Community Treatment or the Youth and Family Outpatient/Healthy Transitions Clinic. Network180s Psychiatric Services is an urgent/emergent clinic that serves both adults and children with mental illness and substance use disorder needs. The Greenwood Clinic is an outpatient clinic that serves adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who have mental illness and substance use disorder needs. Integrated Case Management is a PatientCentered Behavioral Health Home that is based on the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) guidelines for the PatientCentered Medical Home. This multidisciplinary teambased model includes: a psychiatrist registered nurse medical assistant case managers outpatient therapists and peer support. The team serves consumers with mental illness and substance use disorder needs with an emphasis on evidencebased therapeutic treatments. The Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) teams provide outpatient communitybased treatments for our most severely mentally ill following the ACT current ACT guidelines. Our Youth and Family clinic serves children with therapy and psychiatric medication care on an outpatient basis. This psychiatric team for the YFOC clinic is shared with the Healthy Transitions Clinic which is a combined case management psychiatric and therapy services for at risk youth 1626 years old who are transitioning from pediatric care to adult care.
This position is 40 hours a week Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. There is no weekend on call or holiday requirements for this position. This assignment is in person at 790 Fuller Ave NE Grand Rapids MI 49503.
