What We Are Looking For
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines and standard accepted practices
- BAS in Engineering from ABET accredited University preferred.
- 25 years of experience in the electrical industry preferred.
- Fundamentals of Engineering certification (or ability to acquire) preferred.
- Ability to design normal power emergency power lighting lighting controls fire alarm and various low voltage electrical systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Able to support the development and documentation of design and procedure standards.
- Excellent computer proficiency
- Experience with building codes
- Project site visits and coordination with clients will be expected
- Some knowledge and experience in Revit AGI32 Bluebeam Revu Plan Grid Microsoft Excel & Office Applications
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- The ability to work with standards and in a team atmosphere
- Extreme attention to detail
