Description

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales & Business Development Manager to drive client acquisitions build strong relationships and maximize closures for our luxury interior design projects. The ideal candidate should have a passion for luxury design a proven sales track record and exceptional networking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Identify and reach out to highnetworth individuals (HNWIs) builders architects real estate developers and corporate clients.
  • Sales Strategy & Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into highvalue projects.
  • Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Presentations & Pitching Showcase our luxury interior design portfolio through compelling presentations and sales pitches.
  • Market & Industry Analysis Stay updated on luxury interior trends competitor activities and market demands to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaboration with Design Team Work closely with our designers to align client expectations and project feasibility.
  • Negotiations & Closures Drive negotiations to secure highvalue contracts and ensure smooth project onboarding.
  • Revenue & Target Achievement Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets to maximize revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven minimum 3 years of work experience in sales/business development in the luxury sector (preferably interior design real estate or highend lifestyle brands).
  • Strong network of HNWIs architects builders and real estate developers.
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for luxury interiors and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced highperformance environment.
  • Selfmotivated targetdriven and proactive approach.
