Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Identify and reach out to highnetworth individuals (HNWIs) builders architects real estate developers and corporate clients.
- Sales Strategy & Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into highvalue projects.
- Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Presentations & Pitching Showcase our luxury interior design portfolio through compelling presentations and sales pitches.
- Market & Industry Analysis Stay updated on luxury interior trends competitor activities and market demands to refine sales strategies.
- Collaboration with Design Team Work closely with our designers to align client expectations and project feasibility.
- Negotiations & Closures Drive negotiations to secure highvalue contracts and ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Revenue & Target Achievement Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets to maximize revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Proven minimum 3 years of work experience in sales/business development in the luxury sector (preferably interior design real estate or highend lifestyle brands).
- Strong network of HNWIs architects builders and real estate developers.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Passion for luxury interiors and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced highperformance environment.
