General Summary
Provides inpatient and outpatient diagnostic and interventional care to patients seeking treatment for Cardiac specific issues.

We are currently seeking a board certified/board eligible interventional cardiologist to join our team in WellSpan East
What you can expect at your practice:
- Potential for a leadership role
- 5 stateoftheart invasive cardiology catheterization labs
- Mechanical support including Impella and ECMO
- Intravascular imaging including IVUS and OCT
- Atherectomy/plaque modification including Rotational and orbital atherectomy and intravascular lithotripsy
- Fulltime cardiac and vascular surgery
- Two closely located hospitals with approximately 300 inpatient beds: Ephrata Community Hospital known for blending advanced medical technology with compassionate care and Good Samaritan Hospital featuring an awardwinning cardiac and vascular center.

Qualifications
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or
- Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required
Licenses:
- Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or
- Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training:
- Boardcertified or eligible for board certification through a member board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association. Upon Hire Required and
- Completion of fellowships in interventional cardiology and cardiovascular disease through programs accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education. Upon Hire Required and
- Must qualify and be a member of the medical staff of the hospital(s) in which procedures are being performed. Upon Hire Required
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Teaching skills.
