The Credit Subject Matter Expert needs to analyze the credit requests and give recommendation for Ayvens Group Entities and to ensure that is compliant with all relevant regulations and company policy.
Responsibilities:
Standardizing and maintaining high quality of the Credit Analysis Process through ongoing onsite support
Analyze the risk associated with the client from a financial perspective and recommend/ undertake further due diligence where required
Support Credit Analysts and Team Leader(s) in the daily
of Credit Analysis Process steps in accordance with the company
policy and understanding guidelines
Finding and recommending further process improvements with a key emphasis on work quality and productivity.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of with a financial institution or equivalent detailed process (preferably in the Credit Analysis/ Risk Analysis/ Lending area)
Profound understanding of internal and external regulations policies and procedures
Analytical skills in respect of a wide range and complexity of various client types (e.g. financial institutions quotedcompanies private companies funds)
Experience in quality control and conducting trainings
Proactive and business orientated with proven ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands and ability to assessstakeholder needs
Ability to build relationships by communicating and working effectively with coworkers analysts and management
Good timemanagement prioritization and multitasking skills
Very good level of English
