HOST must abide by new Covid19 Rules
We count on our Host / Hostess / Greeter for a number of duties.
Friday Saturday 5PM 10PM
The Host / Hostess / Greeter is responsible for cheerfully greeting the guests escorting them to their table providing them with a menu and answering any preliminary questions.
* Manage the customer experience.
* Keep the dining room clean/bus some tables
* Reservations and Walkin lists YELP reservations
* Follow company policies and applicable laws.
* Monitor table rotations.
* Keep track of prepared tables for new guests.
* Answer the phone taking reservations and in some cases managing takeout orders.
Follow new restrictions on Covid19 seating that change daily.

Set schedule: Friday & Saturday evenings from 5PM 10PM max

Requirements/Responsibilities
* Some experience is preferred but we will train the right person
* Must dress in a professional manner that is appropriate for Cubanitas
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Spanish speaking a plus
* Basic computer skills required; familiarity with scheduling software and YELP RESERVATION is a plus.
* A warm and outgoing personality with a passion for food and customer service
* Must have a commitment to deliver a unique and memorable guest experience
* Punctual patient and mindful
