Experience: 15to 25 Years Experience in the Manufacturing Sector.
Skills:
Enforcing HR policy the bridge between management & staff coordination with labor contractors industrial relations
Handlingendtoendrecruitmentineach&everysegmentofthe organization.
Entry Management:JoiningFormalitiespolicybriefingemployee salaryaccounts etc.Inductingnew employees intothe companyIssuingOfferandappointmentletter.Biometric Punching
Employee Database Management:Maintenance of employee database both in soft and hard copiesto capture alldetails ofthe employees.
Payroll andAttendanceManagement:Maintainingtheattendanceandleaverecordsofalltheemployees and updating payrollprocessPreparingBankandcashremittance.
Statutory Compliance:HandlingofPFESICLabourWelfareFundP. TAXEmploymentEx
change Return and otherrelatedmatters with regards toemployees.
Appraisal management:performanceappraisalprocesswithcoordination ofconcerneddepartment andmaintaining records ofappraisalratings.
Manpower Tracking:Generatingreport presented to business heads forManpower Planningand
Attrition Management.
MIS/Reports:Generatingand maintainingMISreportsforemployee base pertaining tomanpowerheadcount attritionand training.PrepareregularandspecialPurposereportsInouttimeabsenteeism LateComing etc.
Other responsibilities:Keeprecordsandupdatemanagementonavarietyofmattersincludingabsence poorperformanceterminations disciplinaryandgrievance mattersandorganizinginternal transfers;providingdata forfinalsettlement.
