Job Summary:

We are seeking a detailoriented and highly organized Inventory Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely entry of receiving and inventory documents. You will analyze and optimize inventory processes ensuring operational efficiency in a fastpaced environment. The ideal candidate thrives on results and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize inventory processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct cycle counts reconcile inventory variances and perform root cause analysis (RCAA) as required.
  • Schedule inbound deliveries to ensure materials are available for production while coordinating with shipping and receiving teams.
  • Forecast raw materials (cement aggregates steel etc. in collaboration with the purchasing team.
  • Issue purchase requisitions daily as required.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Inventory Manager.
  • Ability to periodically travel to the GTA office.

Technical Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in the supply chain field or inventory management (preferred)
  • Previous experience in the construction industry (preferred)
  • APICS or SCMP designation (preferred)

Business Requirements

  • Proficiency in Excel (essential)
  • Experience with Oracle systems (preferred) or relevant software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently

Cultural Requirements

  • Ability to assume responsibility communicate effectively with others and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
  • Motivated to learn extensive precast product knowledge on the job
