Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Co Ordinator For Sales & Service to join our dynamic team. This role involves achieving targets for supplies billing on a monthly basis generating opportunities from new customers ensuring ontime payment collection as per purchase orders telecalling for lead generation and maintaining realtime updates in the ANT ERP system for all cases including customer communications. Additionally the candidate will be responsible for gathering customer feedback after service completion.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
- Proficiency in English.
- Wellorganized and responsible with an aptitude in problemsolving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Achieving target of supplies billing on a monthly basis.
- Creating opportunities from new customers.
- Ensuring ontime payment collection within the due date as per the purchase order.
- Telecalling for lead generation in supplies and services.
- Updating ANT ERP in realtime for all cases including customer communication.
- Gathering customer feedback after service completion.
