Part 2 in the Berkshire area
I am working with an architectural firm in the Slough area whoare seeking a talented and motivated Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their team they are looking for an experienced part 2 with 34 years post qualification in residential projects they work on a range of developments from bespoke homes to multiunit housing schemes. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and detailoriented individual to develop their skills and contribute to highquality design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of residential projects from concept to completion.
- Produce highquality Revit models drawings and technical details.
- Prepare planning applications and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with architects clients consultants and contractors.
- Conduct site visits and assist in project coordination.
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning policies.
Requirements:
- RIBA Part 2 qualification or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in Revit (essential).
- Experience in residential architecture is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of UK planning policies and Building Regulations.
- Ability to produce clear and detailed technical drawings.
- Strong design visual and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Salary will be based on experience and ability but is expected to be circa 35000.
