About the Team:
What Youll Do:
Design implement and maintain scalable backend systems.
Develop and optimize distributed systems capable of handling largescale traffic and data.
Lead the architecture and design of critical components and systems.
Write clean maintainable and efficient code
Collaborate with product managers frontend engineers and other stakeholders to deliver endtoend solutions.
Ensure the backend systems are reliable secure and performant.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust solutions.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and midlevel engineers.
Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in backend development and distributed systems.
What Were Looking For:
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in backend development.
Min 4 year in AI NLP or ML hand on experience is required
Expertise in one of the following programming languages: Java Python or Golang.
Proven experience in building and maintaining distributed systems at scale.
Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (Azure AWS or GCP).
Strong understanding of system design architecture patterns and data structures.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
Solid understanding of security best practices and performance optimization.
Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Kubernetes Docker or other containerization tools.
Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka RabbitMQ or similar.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
Knowledge of data pipelining frameworks such as PySpark Flink or similar
