Job Description
- Shadowing the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
- Supporting the Sales team to conduct customer needs analysis.
- Assisting Sales Team to prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Conducting market research to identify trends competitors and potential growth opportunities.
- Analyzing sales data to provide insights present tailored solutions and recommendations for improving sales strategies.
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Gaining indepth knowledge of METRO Pakistans product offerings and services.
- Learning and understanding METRO Pakistans sales processes.
- Working with Sales Team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications :
Recent graduates with a degree in Business Marketing Supply Chain or related fields.
Additional Information :
- Strong interest in sales particularly within the wholesale/ retail sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
