Job Description
BUSINESS PARTNERING
In this role you will provide financial support to the HQ Operations team with a particular focus on the Supply Chain Network Design team. You will be responsible for identifying sourcing and delivering relevant cost data to inform strategic decisionmaking. Collaborating closely with Supply Chain Modellers and Data Scientists you will ensure that the digital twin of the supply chain accurately represents realworld operations. Additionally you will validate the outputs of this modelling and work alongside senior leadership to develop wellinformed recommendations. Once network changes are approved you will monitor their and report on performance against the original business case.
CROSSFUNCTIONAL PROCESS DEVELOPMENT
You will develop and refine financial processes that are effective scalable and sustainable. With a keen attention to detail you will balance priorities while assessing financial risks ensuring that processes evolve in alignment with business needs. Given that these processes are at different stages of maturity you will continuously seek feedback to drive improvements while being mindful of their impact on local teams and broader stakeholders. You will also recognize when innovation is necessary and when stability is required playing a key role in fostering efficiency and longterm success.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
Engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the organization will be a key part of your role. You will confidently communicate with teams both within and outside of Finance adapting your style to suit different audiences. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a fastpaced environment will be essential in ensuring alignment and informed decisionmaking.
COLLABORATION
You will build strong relationships across teams to support integrated decisionmaking and financial planning. Through active participation in crossfunctional projects you will contribute to organizational goals by driving synergies and shared learning across teams. Your ability to work collaboratively will be instrumental in fostering a cohesive and aligned approach to business strategy.

Qualifications :
A minimum of five years of experience in financial controlling or a broader finance function with a strong understanding of financial statements and financial risk management.
A university degree in a relevant discipline. An advanced degree or professional certification in Finance (e.g. CPA CMA) is highly advantageous.
Excellent knowledge of English German is a plus.
Proficiency in financial analysis and database tools including Microsoft Excel Power Query SQL and Tableau.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on financial optimization and cost management.
Proven ability to work independently and efficiently in a fastpaced environment while managing responsibilities effectively.
Demonstrated experience in successfully collaborating with crossfunctional teams and delivering complex projects.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to process improvement and risk management.
Additional Information :
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is 2471 gross per month. However our attractive compensation package is based on marketoriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
