NET CORE Developer - W2 Contract to Hire

What Youll Do  

This is a contract position with Burwood Group dedicated to a healthcare client project with the potential to transition into a fulltime role. As a Senior .NET Developer you will play a key role in designing developing and maintaining software applications that support critical functions within the organization.

Your work will primarily focus on the administration and delivery of medical licensing exams for osteopathic physicians encompassing features such as test creation candidate registration exam delivery scoring and data analysis. Throughout youll ensure adherence to stringent security and compliance standards specific to the healthcare industry. In this position you will perform the following: 

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. 
• Participates actively in all phases of the application development lifecycle. 
• Design develop and maintain highperformance scalable and reliable software applications using .NET technologies. 
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal functionality and performance. 
• Recommend and promote IT industry standards tools and practices (DevOps etc. to achieve wellengineered software products that evolve with the changing technological landscape. 
• Collaborate with other developers to promote highquality standards and procedures (frameworks code review code promotion process).

Qualifications :

Who You Are

As a contract Senior .NET Developer you bring a solid foundation in .NET Core and a passion for developing secure scalable applications along with the following experience: 

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related experience 
• 5 or more years related work experience in .NET 
• .NET core is a must 
• Strong Web Frontend technology (Angular React HTML CSS) experience 
• Experience working with large database infrastructure (SQL Server Oracle) 
• Recent experience working in an agile environment 
• Understanding of integration technologies such as Kafka and Middleware tools 
• Strong understanding of distributed systems operating systems networking databases and containers 
• Experience developing continuous integration continuous delivery and continuous deployment pipelines for releasing apps (use of tools such as Github Jenkins Artifactory Azure DevOps etc) 
• Knowledge and experience on approaches and tools for automated testing and monitoring 
• Knowledge of security best practices for handling sensitive data in healthcare applications. 
• Strong presentation and collaboration skills 

The TECH Stuff 

• Experience with .NET Core Angular React HTML and CSS. 
• Expertise in SQL Server Oracle and largescale database management. 
• Experience with GitHub Jenkins Artifactory Azure DevOps and building automated pipelines. 
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems security best practices for healthcare apps and integration technologies like Kafka.
