This is a remote position.
You would be responsible for:
Managing a wide range of property law and conveyancing work for all sorts of customers. You d be doing all the usual things including:
- AZ residential conveyancing service
- Reviewing Contracts of Sales
- Explaining anything your customers might be uncertain about
- Helping customers through every stage of the conveyancing process
Requirements
- 2 5 years of conveyancing experience preferred (essential).
- Queensland/NSW conveyancing experience (highly desirable) but would consider Australia conveyancing experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be willing to work in a fastpaced environment
- Willingness to embrace new technologies and processes
- Ability to keep calm and carry on during times of stress
- Experience in the following tools and systems:
PEXA (preferred)
LEAP CRM (preferred)
This role requires:
Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times not flexible)
Use of time tracking software during work hours
Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON
Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift
Treating this as a longterm fulltime job not a side gig or freelance task
Payroll is processed bimonthly.

Benefits
1. Monthly Salary: Php 55000
2. Salary will be paid on a bimonthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays

10. SHIFT TIMES: 6:30AM to 3:30PM Philippine time Monday to Friday
