- A Bachelor s in Business Marketing or something equally smart
- 5 years in product management with at least 2 years leading the charge
- A track record of successful lending product launches that turned heads
- Deep understanding of financial services and lending practices
- International market exposure Big bonus points
- Agile datadriven and compliancesavvy
- Exceptional communicator and stakeholder whisperer
- Fluent in BI tools and a wizard with data analysis
- Know the ins and outs of governance risk and compliance in lending
- Can balance bigpicture vision with smalldetail
- Have a sixth sense for what customers really want
