Job Description

This is a remote position.

Role Name: Customer Service & Administrative Assistant

Schedule: 40 hours per week MondayFriday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM with a 30 minute lunch break
Client Timezone: UK Time

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries professionally through a modern helpdesk platform
  • Craft thoughtful and solutionoriented responses to customer emails
  • Coordinate internal communications and ensure proper routing of important messages
  • Execute vital administrative tasks that keep operations running smoothly
  • Conduct research and prepare informative summaries
  • Maintain organized documentation and followup systems
  • Support team efficiency through proactive administrative assistance

Requirements

  • 35 years of proven customer service experience
  • Strong proficiency with modern helpdesk platforms
  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in fastpaced digital environments
  • Selfmotivated with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining team alignment
  • Comfortable with digital tools and eager to learn new systems
