Requirements
- 35 years of proven customer service experience
- Strong proficiency with modern helpdesk platforms
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail
- Experience in fastpaced digital environments
- Selfmotivated with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team alignment
- Comfortable with digital tools and eager to learn new systems
