Job Description
Job Title: Donut Artist
Location: Nairobi
Job Type: PartTime
Reports To: Store Manager / Shift Leader
Job Summary:
As a Donut Artist you will represent our client brand by providing excellent customer service and preparing highquality Donut Designs. You ll greet guests take orders handle food safely and maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
Prepare and serve Donuts and other menu items according to Nicks Donuts standards.
Operate food preparation equipment and follow food safety procedures.
Handle cash operate the pointofsale (POS) system and process transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food preparation area customer areas and restrooms.
Replenish food condiments and supplies as needed.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Provide a great guest experience every time.
Requirements
Qualifications:
No prior experience necessary training will be provided.
Good communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Basic math and cashhandling skills.
Must be dependable punctual and a team player
Work Conditions:
Ability to stand for long periods
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
