About the team:

The SAP LABS BERLIN Team orchestrates and guides the of SAPs Labs Network Strategy with the local Berlin & Potsdam Chapter striving for the best operating SAP Lab. We strengthen SAPs position as a pioneer and innovation driver in and around Berlin and with relevant stakeholders.

What youll do:

Position title: SAP Labs Berlin iXp Intern (f/m/d) Internal Community Support
Work Area: Corporate Operations
Location: Berlin
Expected start date: April 1st 2025

As part of the the Labs Berlin CoMD & Head of Ops Team your goal will be to maximize SAPs visibility within the customer engagement of Berlin/Potsdam supporitng customer meetings and operational support of the Experience Center Berlin.

In this role youll:

• Plan schedule and manage postings & events across various channels while ensuring one voice and own editorial planning
• Preparation communication documentation and followup of events workshops knowledgesharing sessions and other initiatives including internal stakeholders
• Create and write social content for our virtual audiences in line with our overall innovation communications strategy & brand messaging
• Bring new innovative ideas for engaging formats to grow our (digital) audience across social channels
• Collaborate with other departments (development sales etc) to manage reputation identify key players and coordinate actions
• Support coordination or program/projects management activities and provide program and project management support for (areaspecific) projects

Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. Were looking for someone who takes the initiative perseveres and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• (Master)Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Communications Design and/or Marketing Social Sciences Humanities Visual Communications Business Administration or similar
• Wellversed in MS Office Tableau or similar and able to rapidly and independently learn new tools to translate sophisticated and creative analyses into actionable results messages and presentations
• Have an analytical mindset and can independently extract relevant information and hypotheses from various sources
• Language skills: English and German proficiency required
• Highly flexible able to work and thrive in a rapidly changing environment able to handle uncertainty and frequent changes
• Excellent executer gets the job done in a positive reliable and encouraging manner
